Roisin has been with the team at Emma Turnbull Lawyers since 2017. Upon completion of her studies at Monash University, Roisin transitioned from our support team to our team of dedicated solicitor advocates. Roisin holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts (Criminology).
Having a strong sense of justice, Roisin has developed a natural advocacy style that is both compassionate yet direct.
In 2022, Roisin was recognised as a Rising Star in Doyles Guide rankings for Victorian Criminal Defence Lawyers.
Roisin appears daily as an advocate in the Magistrates’ Court for criminal matters, including bail applications, plea hearings, mentions and contest mention hearings. Roisin appears as an advocate in County Court breach and appeal proceedings and acts as instructing solicitor in complex County Court and Supreme Court jury trials.
