Isaac holds a Bachelor of Laws and an Advanced Bachelor of Health and Medical Science Majoring in Neuroscience from the University of Adelaide. He obtained his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2024, gaining early experience in criminal defence, medical law,
personal injury, commercial disputes and wills and estates.

Before joining Emma Turnbull Lawyers, Isaac practised in South Australia, where he gained valuable cross-jurisdictional experience in criminal law. His background across multiple areas of legal practice has provided him with a strong foundation in the rules of evidence, case strategy and client advocacy.

Isaac is committed to ensuring his clients are guided throughout their experience of the criminal justice system. His advocacy is marked by empathy, thorough preparation and clear communication.

Isaac’s academic background in neuroscience enhances his ability to engage with complex psychiatric, cognitive, and behavioural aspects that frequently arise in criminal matters.

He regularly appears as an advocate in the Magistrates’ Court for mentions, bail applications, contest mentions and pleas. He also instructs in complex County Court and Supreme Court jury trials.
